Office meeting by Dexis Representative training on digital x-ray, reviewed risk management in office.

October 2007

All staff attended workshop put on by the West District Dental Association at Fort Robinson in Crawford, Nebraska on Oral Pathology.

Dr. Peterson went to Kearney for the Five District Dental Meeting on Dental Pharmacotherapy.

All staff went to North Platte for a workshop on Risk Management by Harold Diers.

In Office meeting to review our policies in relationship to newly accursed information.

September 2007

All Staff meeting on planning continuing education for next quarter, customer service, policies, current new changes in Dental Care.

Training was attended on Dying Healed, to give us insight on how to reach out to our patient's who's spouses, children or families members have died.

August 2007

Office Manager was trained in Chaplain training in Denver with I.F.O.C.

July 2007

Our front office staff attended a workshop on office management held at RWMC.

June 2007

Our office manager attended Mediation Training.  It was a 30 hr course offered through WNCC.

May 2007

Our staff attended a workshop presented by the University of Nebraska on Glass Ionomer Fillings and Anesthetic.

Our office manager attended a workshop at Western Nebraska Community College.

Yolanda completed and passed the Coronal Polishing Course offered at UNL. Congratulations Yolanda, we are proud of you!

February 2007

Dr. Peterson attended a Endodontic workshop in Fort Collins.

We had in-office training on first aid, CPR and  how to deliver electrical stimulation to the heart.  Our whole team was tested and all passed.  We updated our protocol in this areas to ensure good patient care.

January 2007

Dr. Peterson and his team attending the Denver Midwinter Dental Conference for three days in Denver, Co.  They attended such workshops as Patient Satisfaction, Customer Service, High Quality Dentistry, Drug Updates, Emotional Intelligence, Medical/Dental Insurance Coding, Periodontal Disease, Street Drugs, The Aging Dental Population.

Our team had a meeting one week later to cover, discuss and implement many of the concepts they learned at this conference.
