Wear
Value: You need to know that
this material in NOT as strong as your natural teeth. It does not last as
long as a crown. The life of your composite bonding is directly
related to the level of care received. Composites may last from three to eight
years and even longer in certain cases. It can stain and
chip if you do not properly care for it.
Bonding usually last an average
of five years if you care for it properly. It will need to occasionally be
repaired depending on your care of this area. Bonding is more susceptible
to stains than your natural teeth.
You will need to have them
checked every 3-5 years to be "touched up" or redone to correct wear
or discoloration. For more details on their
