Today's children are less active.  This bad habit could impact their health.  What can you do?

Set a good example-Children do as they see.  Get up and get moving with them in order to encourage them to be active and enjoy moving their bodies.

Get connected-Choose activities you can do together like biking, walking, or hiking.

Be flexible-and work with the weather and your schedules.

Make activity a priority-Plan active vacations and family get together.  Make exercise a part of your everyday life.
