Dan
Peterson D.D.S. is a native Nebraskan. He
was born and raised on a small farm in Riverdale, Nebraska.
He graduated from Kearney High School.
He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln for three years while
farming for his family.
He than
attended University of Nebraska Dental College for four years.
He became an
Oral Physician when he
graduated in 1975. He has
been in a private, general dentistry practice since this time in Gering,
Nebraska. He believes that what he
does in the office is
life linked and life changing.
He designed and built his
present solar office in 1983. He is
passionate about dentistry, his family and farming. He lives on and manages a farm.
He belongs to the Christian Dental
Society, Academy of General
Dentistry,
American Dental Association, Nebraska Dental
Association, and Promise Keepers.
He is known for his tender caring approach for the children
in our practice. He has special
training in gum tissue management
and performing root canals. Coming from
a large extended family has given him the gift of being able to relate in a
gentle-hearted manner toward our senior patients.
His willingness to be
challenged by change has allowed him to expand his services to meet the needs of
the contemporary family with new technology that embraces both his gentle touch
with new advancements in dentistry. He
is active in attending continuing education to stay current and updated on
procedures and techniques.
He and his staff are
Certified.
I pledge to devote my professional life to the betterment of the health of those
who receive my care and to prevent disease whenever possible. I will not
treat patients beyond their needs nor beyond my capabilities, and I will strive
to make my services tomorrow better than they were today.
